６日午後３時半ごろ、千葉市若葉区高品町のマンションで、部屋を探しているふうを装った４０代の男が、物件の内覧に付き添っていた女性会社員（２７）に突然ナイフのようなものを突きつけ、「車の鍵を出せ」と脅した。男は女性の軽自動車の鍵を奪い、路上に駐車してあった車を運転して逃げた。女性にケガはなく、千葉東署は強盗事件として捜査している。
同署によると、男は何度か若葉区内の不動産会社を訪れていたといい、身長１６５センチぐらい。灰色のパーカにジーパンをはいていた。【森有正】
